La Paloma

Secluded on a high bluff, La Paloma Lodge overlooks the Pacific Ocean and nearby Caño Island. The resort is spread over 12 lush acres and surrounded by dense tropical jungle. The sounds of the rainforest float around you as macaws nest nearby and lizards soak up the sun.

La Paloma is the perfect location for catching breathtaking sunsets, dipping your toes into the Pacific waters, or relaxing by the pool.

The rooms and ranchos of La Paloma are furnished with queen and single beds, hot water showers, and ceiling fans. Each also features spacious balconies with hammocks, beautiful hardwood floors, and spectacular Pacific views.

Soothing westerly trade winds cool the lodge and ranchos and allow for perfect sleeping conditions. The open-air ranchos allow you to be lulled to sleep by the surf and the symphony of the jungle.

Although the lodge is off the beaten path, you'll find plenty of ways to keep busy. The resort features a full dive shop, including excursions and PADI course options. Sea kayaks and horseback rides are available as well.
